Our Policy: The Prickly Particulars

7-Day Window: You've got 7 days from the delivery date (including the day it arrives) to let us know about any issues. After that, the trail goes cold.

Size Swap or Wrong Gear: Got the wrong size? Did we accidentally send you the wrong item? We'll sort it. You can raise an exchange request within the 7-day window.

The Exchange Process: We'll happily exchange it for the right size or the correct item of the same value. We'll even cover the reverse pickup for this, so there are no extra charges for you.

Trading Up: If you're swapping for an item that costs more, you'll just need to pay the difference online.

The Condition: Here's the catch: All gear must be returned in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. The original sticker labels and tags must be attached. Please fold it and pack it properly so it survives the trek back to us.

Refunds: We only process refunds for genuinely defective gear. We don't offer refunds for size issues (but we'll exchange it for free!) or if you just change your mind.

Defective Item Process: If you receive a faulty product, you must email us at howdy@pricklybug.com within the 7-day window. Include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and sharp photos of the defect.

The "Exception" Fee: In the very rare case that we approve a return for a non-defective item, a Rs 100 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the reverse pickup, as logistics costs are no joke.

Refunds: Any approved refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
The Fine Print (Gotta Have It)

Slight Variations: The T-shirt's color or design might look slightly different in person than on our website or ads. That's just the nature of screens and dyes. This is not considered a defect.

Handle With Care: If we verify that a defect was caused by your own actions (e.g., a run-in with a real prickly bug, a washing machine mishap), we can't issue a refund.

Check the Package: Do not accept a visibly damaged or tampered package from the courier. Just refuse it.

No Take-Backs On:

Anything that has been used or washed. Once it's worn, it's yours for keeps.

Any product bought during a sale or with a discount code. These items are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that doesn't meet these conditions.
