Dispatch Time: We're on it. We pack and ship your order within 24 to 48 working hours.

How long 'til it arrives? Once it's on the trail, you can typically expect your order in about 5-8 working days.

The Exceptions: This all depends on your shipping address, public holidays, and wild weather. Remote areas (like J&K or the North East) might take up to 10 working days. In rare cases, it could take up to 2 weeks if a product is in high demand, but we'll try to let you know.

How do I track my order? Easy. We'll email you all the tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't get that email within 48 hours of placing your order, give us a buzz at info@pricklybug.com

Who's the Courier? We use a posse of trusted couriers (like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress) to get your package to your doorstep.

What if tracking says "Delivered" but I can't find it?

This is rare! First, please check with your family members, neighbors, or building security. 99% of the time, one of them has it.

If it's genuinely missing, you MUST email us at info@pricklybug.com within 48 hours of the "delivered" notification. We'll immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and start an investigation (which can take up to 10 working days).

If you contact us after that 48-hour window, our hands are tied, and we won't be liable for the loss. In genuine cases that are reported on time, we'll get you sorted with a refund after the investigation.
